Class Times and Prices

The 10-week Spring Session begins Monday, April 18, 2022. Each weekly 1 1⁄2-hour class includes warm-ups, yoga postures, breathing practice and relaxation. All classes are taught via Zoom. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for class. I open the Zoom meeting 15 minutes early for discussion and questions. Recommended Props: mat, yoga block, strap, blanket and Yoga Tune-Up balls for the Ongoing and Yoga Tune-Up classes. A half foam roller or equivalent may also be needed.

The Fine Print

Missed classes may be made up in any of the scheduled classes only during the same session.

Refunds are available before the second class less $25.     

Payment plans are available, just ask Julie.  

Yoga Gift Certificates are also available.

Tuesday 10 am      Ongoing  90 minute class

Thursday 9 am      Yoga Tune-Up 40 minute class $5 per class

Thursday 10am      Gentle     90 minute class

Pricing for 10-week Spring Session  

Yoga classes $12 each or $120 for 10 classes

Yoga Tune-Up short class $5 each or $50 for 10 classes               

Want to take more than 1 class per week? Here are some pricing options:

1 class plus 5 extra classes or 15 classes =$180      2 classes per week or 20 classes=$240

Drop in for a single class =$15
