Letter of 4/26/2021 Quad Class
Hey Monday folks,
After this morning’s class where we talked a lot about quads and stretched them, (thanks Carol). I decided to study my anatomy book a bit, Trail Guide to the Body by Andrew Biel. Here are some pictures from it so you can study as well.
So often looking at how we are put together can help us figure out what is going on in our bodies. This is all part of my belief that yoga is a way to be in our bodies and a way to be better educated about what is actually happening in our bodies.
