Hey Yoga Friends, I hope you are well.I am getting my second round of the Pfizer vaccine on Tuesday morning. So, no class on 4/13. There isn’t a zoom link for that class, so it won’t be on your calendar.
The new Yoga Tune-Up class went great last Thursday. It is a short class from 9-9:40. But I think we were able to do quite a lot. People seemed to really enjoy it. If you want to drop in to it, you can. Just make sure you have some Yoga Tune-Up balls. The plan is to make our way through the different parts of the body. We did feet and lower legs last week and will repeat that again this week. Weeks 3 & 4 will be upper legs and hips.And if you were meaning to get to class this session, but missed the first week….No problem! Just show up this week. If you need Zoom Links? Let me know.

The Mov Nat folks have a lot of free videos. Most of the movements are easy enough especially if you do them slower or with props. I always find a new move to try when I watch these.
