Hellooo! Yoga Folks,I feel like it has been a while since I have sent an email.  I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful fall weather and getting outside as much as possible.  We have been walking Phoebe twice a day…so we are out there a lot.  We are also increasing our distance and our pace and it felt great.  So, I strongly encourage you to get outside and walk everyday.  (twice if you have time).  Walking twice a day is an easy way to get in more distance.  If you like to track your distance, you don’t need a FitBit, most smart phones have a step counter.  If you are serious about improving your balance and gait and need more inspiration for stretches and rolling…check out this video.  It is not cheap, but it is loaded with info and once you have it, you can re watch it over and over.  It features-Jill Miller and Katy Bowman.
