Letter of 3/23/2020 More videos on Yoga with Julie YouTube channel!

3/23/20

Hello Yoga friends,

I hope you all are coming up with creative ways to pass the time and manage your anxiety. As I hinted last week, WE DID GET A PUPPY!  Her name is Phoebe she is a real sweetie. She is about 9 weeks old and came from the organization Peak Lab Rescue.  Goldie, our 13 year old lab is warming up to her.  She gave her a few good snaps at first…but she seems to be accepting and even enjoying the puppy (and all the extra treats and toys that come with a puppy).

I just posted some more videos to Youtube. Here’s the link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSfMBBBskstQsUZIHWGNdEA

Like I said the other day, these are public so you can share. But they are not fancy, I simply want them to be as much like class as possible so we all can get that good yoga feeling. If you have not watched them…or even listened you are missing out.

I just had an email from Dale from the Tuesday morning class, she said, "John and I did class with your video yesterday.  It was AWESOME!” and Cathy says, "Now that you have so kindly made a YouTube video, I can once again do “Yoga with Julie” instead of “Yoga without Julie”!! "

I have a few other links to share.Remember, if you don't have a facebook account, you can look at facebook because they are public business pages.

MovNat is posting a quarantine challenge. I know you Tuesday morning folks might like these.  I only have it as a facebook link.

And I think I am signing up for this course. I follow Jory on FB (I don’t know him in real life) but he is smart and his teaching is very clear. It should be interesting.

Acupressure with Michael Gach video for immune system and breathing points-I studied with Michael Gach years ago.  His teaching is always clear and easy to understand.

I will post more YouTube videos as I make them. If you think of anything I should cover let me know. I have a list I am working on now and it can always use more things.

Virtual Hugs!
