Hello Yoga friends.

I am so lucky to see so many of you in class, but I miss those of you I haven't seen lately.  These are challenging times, if there is anything I can do to help please let me know.  Specifically if there is a yoga practice or sequence or theme that you would like to see on youtube let me know.  Pam asked for a gentle, mellow, slightly shorter class and I made the “Gentle floor class” video. People are really enjoying using it as a practice piece before bed.  If you can think of something else I should film…please oh please let me know.  I am going to go through some old lesson plans and look for inspiration.
